Artwork & Copyright:

Customers confirm they own or have permission to use any artwork submitted. Custom Cutie is not liable for copyright violations. We may refuse designs that are offensive, unlawful, or infringe on intellectual property.

Payments:

Full payment is required before production. Accepted payment methods vary by platform. Pricing depends on garment style, size, design complexity, and quantity.

Production Time:

Typical production time is a set number of business days (you may specify). Delays due to suppliers, shipping carriers, or waiting on customer approval are not our responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery:

Shipping times depend on the carrier. Custom Cutie is not responsible for shipping delays or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Local pickup may be available if stated.

Refunds & Replacements:

Because items are custom-made, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases of damage, wrong items, or production errors. Issues must be reported within 24 hours with photos.

Color, Size & Print Disclaimer

:Colors may vary between screens and printed fabric. Small differences in print size or placement are normal. Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled only before production begins. Once printing starts, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.

Liability:

We are not responsible for mistakes in customer-provided artwork, incorrect sizes ordered, shipping delays beyond our control, or damage from normal wear or washing.

Privacy:

Customer information is used only for orders and is not sold or shared except with payment processors or shipping carriers.
